2、电光轮和胶轮的运转由独立的变频器和减速机控制，精密度高。
3、本机可涂布各种油漆，如PU/UV/NC等，涂料回收迅速。
4、工件涂布可控制在5-10g/m2之间。
5、本机适用于各种木器、塑料、金属等平面涂装，经本机处理过的油漆表面光滑，饱满度好。

1、本机适用于平面漆涂装作业使产品平整、细致、光泽。
2、漆膜厚度调节简便，可以调至0.05-0.15mm
3、工作输送带可耐各种溶剂，防止起层现象，输送速度变频调节。
4、涂料回收速度方便，循环使用。
5、涂料输送泵变频调速，流量控制稳，涂料箱（油槽）恒温控制。
6、漆膜分布均匀。

2、本机能将木材表面凹进去的毛孔着色均匀，从而补充了涂布机着色的不均匀，提高了生产效率。使得表面板材的木纹清晰层次感更加分明。
3、毛刷采用快卸式由轨道滑出，方面清洗。

1、This machine is specially designed to paint the flat faced lumber like the bamboo floor and furniture.
2、The brush can evenly distribute the paint into the dented holes in the lumber ,which can offset the disadvantage of the uneven distribution of the coater .and improve the efficiency to a large extent.
3、The brush is designed to be disassembled easily ,and get out from the orbit which would be a lot easier to clean.
